A PLACE FAMILIES CAN TRUST
Cove Early Intervention Hub was created to support children aged 0–9 and their families with therapist-led early intervention, guidance and care. All in one inclusive, accessible space.

MEET THE FOUNDERS
Cove Early Intervention Hub was created by Jenna and Niki - two parents who have walked the disability journey themselves and understand how overwhelming it can feel to navigate diagnoses, reports, services, funding and big decisions without clear direction.
Both founders were already working within the disability sector, supporting children and families through their individual businesses. Jenna worked across education and early learning, supporting families to navigate schooling, early education and NDIS-related needs. Niki operated a disability support worker service for children and adults, providing hands-on support within homes and the community.
Despite working in different areas, they were supporting the same families and seeing the same gaps.
Families were being pushed between services, placed on lengthy waitlists, and left to piece together support systems on their own.
Cove was created to change that experience.
WHY COVE EXISTS
Cove exists because families deserve more than fragmented services and confusing systems.
After years of referring families to one another, Jenna and Niki realised they shared the same vision - a single, coordinated space where early intervention, therapy, family support, advocacy and NDIS guidance could come together. Although the idea felt too big to pursue alone, a conversation (and encouragement from their families) led them to join forces and build the service they wished existed when their own children needed support.

GROUNDED IN LIVED EXPERIENCE
Both founders are parents of children with disabilities and have firsthand experience navigating assessments, funding applications, school meetings and ongoing advocacy. This lived experience is not a side note, it is the foundation of how Cove operates.
Cove is built on values of inclusion, collaboration, trust and family-centred care. Families are seen as partners, children are supported as individuals, and every service is delivered with respect, transparency and evidence-based practice.
The goal is simple: to create a space where children feel safe and supported, and where families feel understood, empowered and confident moving forward.
OUR MISSION & PURPOSE
Our mission at Cove Early Intervention Hub is to create a community of inclusivity and empowerment for young children living with a disability and their families. We strive to provide a space where all children and families feel a strong sense of belonging, safety and opportunity to thrive through evidence-based support, led by a team of expertise and passion.
Our purpose is to provide multidisciplinary early intervention programs and services of the highest standard to children, families and the wider community, and to reduce the hardship, distress and disadvantage that can arise as a direct result of disability or additional needs.
Cove is a not-for-profit, therapist-led early intervention hub designed to support children aged 0–9 with a diagnosed or imputed disability, and the families who care for them. Every service is shaped by lived experience, professional knowledge and a deep understanding of how critical early intervention is in the formative years.
GOVERNANCE & LEADERSHIP
Cove Early Intervention Hub is supported by a dedicated committee who share a commitment to ethical practice, transparency and strong governance. Together, they provide oversight and guidance to ensure Cove continues to deliver high-quality, accessible and inclusive services to children and families in the community.
