THERAPIST-LED SUPPORT FOR CHILDREN AND FAMILIES
Cove Early Intervention Hub provides therapist-led early intervention and family support for children aged 0–9 with a diagnosed or imputed disability. Our services are designed to support children’s development while also empowering families with guidance, education and practical support.
We know families often come to us feeling unsure about what support they need or where to begin. You don’t need to have all the answers, our role is to help you understand your options and take the next step with confidence.
All services are delivered with a strong focus on inclusion, collaboration and evidence-based practice.

EARLY INTERVENTION PROGRAMS
Our early intervention programs are designed to support children during the critical early years of development. Programs are therapist-led and focus on building foundational skills that support participation at home, in education settings and within the community.
Support may focus on areas such as communication, emotional regulation, social interaction, motor skills, sensory processing and daily routines. Programs are individualised to each child’s needs and delivered in a way that supports both the child and their family.
EARLY INTERVENTION KEY WORKERS
Early intervention key workers provide families with a consistent point of contact throughout their support journey. A key worker helps coordinate services, support communication between professionals and guide families through reports, planning and decision-making.
This role is particularly helpful for families navigating multiple supports or feeling overwhelmed by systems such as the NDIS, education or health services.
All services are delivered with a strong focus on inclusion, collaboration and evidence-based practice.

THERAPY SERVICES
Cove offers access to multidisciplinary therapy services delivered by an experienced and qualified team. Therapy supports are designed to align with each child’s goals and developmental needs, while working collaboratively with families and other professionals involved in the child’s care.
Therapy may be delivered individually or as part of an integrated program, depending on what best supports the child and family.
HOLIDAY PROGRAMS & GROUP SUPPORTS
Our holiday programs and group supports provide children with opportunities to build social skills, confidence and independence in a supportive and inclusive environment. These programs are designed to be accessible, structured and responsive to individual needs.
Group settings allow children to practise skills alongside peers, while families benefit from knowing their child is supported by a team that understands inclusion and individual differences.

SOCIAL & COMMUNITY ACCESS
Social and community access supports focus on helping children participate meaningfully in everyday activities and community settings. This may include support within the community, assistance to access inclusive opportunities, or guidance for families navigating education and extracurricular environments.
Our approach is child-centred and aims to build confidence, independence and a sense of belonging.
PARENT MENTORING, ADVOCACY & NDIS SUPPORT
Supporting a child with disability often means navigating complex systems, paperwork and decision-making. Cove provides parent mentoring, advocacy and NDIS-related support to help families feel informed and empowered.
This may include assistance with understanding reports, preparing documentation, attending meetings, advocating for supports or simply having guidance during challenging periods.

NDIS: HOW OUR SERVICES WORK
Cove Early Intervention Hub provides services that may be accessed using NDIS funding where appropriate. We support families who already have an NDIS plan, those preparing for planning or review meetings, and families who are still exploring their eligibility.
Funding lines vary depending on the service and individual needs. We discuss this with families on enquiry to ensure supports align appropriately with each child’s plan.
No payments are made through this website. Invoicing is managed in line with NDIS requirements once services are confirmed.
