WHISTLEBLOWER POLICY

Cove Early Intervention Hub is committed to maintaining the highest standards of integrity, transparency and accountability across all areas of our organisation.

Our Whistleblower Policy exists to support individuals who wish to raise concerns about suspected misconduct, unethical behaviour, or breaches of legislation in a safe and confidential manner. This includes concerns related to governance, financial practices, workplace conduct or any activity that may compromise the wellbeing of children, families, staff or the organisation.

Cove is committed to ensuring that anyone who raises a concern in good faith is treated fairly, respectfully and without fear of disadvantage or retaliation.
